QUALIFICATIONS
I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Messiah College in English studies
with a creative writing emphasis, and a minor degree in Sports and Exercise Science
with a personal training emphasis. I am a Certified Strength and Conditoning Specialist
through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS). I directed
Children’s Fitness and Sports Specific training at Gold’s Gym, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
I enjoy working with people in large groups or one-on-one. I especially love working with children.
